Anthony was born in Michigan but spent most of his early years in a small Kansas town until he turned sixteen. In 1992, he moved to Minden, Nevada, where he completed high school. Just a year later, he met Brandy, the love of his life, and they’ve been inseparable ever since. Together, they’ve built a beautiful life and are proud parents to two wonderful children, Anthony and Olivia.

Anthony and Brandy also own Sierra Academy of Style, a thriving beauty school in picturesque Carson City, Nevada.

Though Anthony never set out to become a writer, his creative spirit and personal drive led him to embrace a new challenge: to write a book that would encourage others to believe in themselves and try something they never imagined they could achieve.

His inspiration came from watching his beloved golden retriever, Charlie, and her gentle, joyful connection with a monarch butterfly in their backyard. Charlie is far more than a pet—she is a source of love and light, whose story is truly the heart of this book.
