this was such a touching heartfelt book. I really enjoyed reading how Charlie got her older brother’s approval and was able to feel completely comfortable in her forever home after that. This book really is a great read for any family with a pet. Children will the love the colorful pages and will learn that the life of a pet never really goes away. I feel like the author was really able to depict the complete cycle of loving a pet and wanting to give that pet the best life possible. Great Book

I purchased this book shortly after our dog passed away. If you know what it’s like to say goodbye to a pet then you understand the pain that comes with it. This book helped us tremendously. It’s playful, colorful story helped us to remember that our beloved pet will always live on in our hearts. I highly recommend this book for everyone, especially families with young children.

Sweet tale of a dog, his life with his brothers and a butterfly. Planning on reading it to my grandchildren. I am sure they will have some questions and this book makes it easier to answer those questions. The story stayed with me as the better books and movies do. It left me wanting more.
